Company Overview
Todd Miller Realty was incorporated in 1988 in the State of Florida after operating as a sole proprietor real estate broker since 1980. Todd Miller originally came down to Broward County from central Florida where he became involved in land development and property management. Gradually, the business shifted from a full service residential real estate company to a property management and leasing company for small to medium sized commercial and multi-family income producing properties. We pride ourselves with personalized, hands-on management and can tailor our services to fit your needs with fair and competitive pricing.
About Todd Miller
As a working bi-lingual Broker in South Florida since 1981, Todd Miller understands the ever changing dynamics of the local real estate market. He takes a "hands-on approach" on all managed properties to ensure prompt attention to address customer concerns and needs. With over 35 years of experience in the buying, selling, and management of property, he understands the interaction of the real estate and finance markets as they affect the overall operations and profit margins. Ferne Zam has been a Realtor Associate in Hollywood/ Hallandale since 1991.
